    Whether you are relocating to South Florida or need a temporary home for a few weeks, Hyde Resort and Residences offers the ideal short and long term stay solutions for you and your family. The resort’s 363 beautifully decorated condominiums range in size from one to three bedrooms. All have wide private terraces with unobstructed ocean views, open floor plan living areas featuring contemporary European designer furniture, and fully equipped kitchens with imported stone counters and stainless appliances including in-Suite washer and dryer and an array of resort-style amenities for the whole family. Signature features include a permanent curated art collection on view throughout the resort’s public spaces and an elegant lobby with soaring ceilings and sleek Italian furnishings.

  • What does the Housekeeping Service Consist of?

    Below is the detail of our Housekeeping Services and corresponding fees. For questions about this information please contact

    1. Mandatory Departure Cleaning: This service will be performed automatically once you vacate your vacation rental. A Departure Cleaning charge will be automatically applied to your bill based on the table below. The service consists of:
      • Changing of linen and terry (towels, sheets, pillowcases)
      • Unit dusting (kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room)
      • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floor (entire unit)
      • Cleaning of windows inside panes
      • Balcony cleaning (floor, chairs and tables)
      • Kitchen cleaning : stove, oven, refrigerator, cabinet, door microwave, coffee maker, toaster
      • Restocking of amenities
      • Removing of trash
      • Bathroom cleaning: toilet, shower, mirrors, sink, doors and floor

    1. Daily or Punctual Cleaning: This service will be performed upon request and a fee will be added to your final bill based on the table below. A 24-hour notice before 5 pm is necessary. The service consists of:
    • Making of beds
    • Unit dusting (kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room)
    • Vacuuming, sweeping of floor (entire unit)
    • Loading of dishwasher
    • Changing of terry
    • Removing of trash

  • What Housekeeping Service Charge will be applied to my final bill?

    Upon your departure, a one-time cleaning fee of $100, $120 or $140 will be applied to your final bill depending on the size of your condominium. Details of our Housekeeping Services and corresponding fees.

  • What are the accessibility features provided at the Hyde Resort?

    The hotel provides accessible guest rooms with entry/exit passages, bedroom passages, and bathroom passages with at least 32 inches (812 mm) of clearance. Additionally, the following public areas are accessible to guests with physical limitations via either flat or ramp access: business center, valet parking, concierge desk, elevators, exercise facility, restaurant, meeting rooms, public entrance, lobby/registration desk.

    • Daily Resort Amenity Fee of 30 USD per room per night plus 13% tax is applied at the time of check-in. The resort amenities include:

  • How old do I have to be to check-in?

    Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

  • Does the resort have a spa?

    The Hyde is home to Emena Spa, Hollywood’s premiere eco-friendly spa offering a full range of spa and beauty services to Hyde guests. Please contact the Emena Spa directly for pricing or to schedule services during your stay.

  • Does the resort have a fitness center?

    Hyde’s state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the ninth floor and opens 24 hours a day for guests.

  • How close is the beach to Hyde Resort?

    The Hyde is a beachfront property located only a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available to Hyde guests on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • Is smoking allowed in Hyde Resort?

    The Hyde Resort & Residences is a non-smoking hotel. Any guests caught smoking on the premises will be charged a penalty as well as a cleaning fee.

  • What is Hyde Resort's party policy?

    The Hyde Resort & Residences does not allow parties in guest rooms. Please see full party policy here

  • Is a deposit required for booking a reservation?

    A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. If an Advance Purchase Rate is booked, a full, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • What is Hyde Resort's cancellation policy?

    Hyde’s cancellation policies vary by reservation type. Generally, guests must cancel by 6 pm local hotel time 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax charge. If your reservation was booked as an Advance Purchase or similar offer, however, it may be non-refundable regardless of your cancellation timeline. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact the Hyde to confirm the cancellation policy for your specific reservation.

  • Do we offer a rewards program?

    We participate in the iPrefer Rewards Program through Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

  • What public transportation options are near the Hyde Resort?

    Guests of the Hyde Resort traveling to/from the airport are encouraged to contact Super Shuttle, Uber/Lyft, or a local taxi company to arrange a ride.

    The Terrazas Waterfront Dining is open daily poolside on the ninth floor, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there is a coffee kiosk in the building’s lobby offering light fare.

  • What types of pools do you have?

    The Hyde Resort has two infinity-edge pools, both located on the ninth floor outdoor pool deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

  • Are you affiliated with any hotel brands?

    We are independently owned by Sotherly Hotels and affiliated with Preferred Hotels & Resort.

  • What are the different types of hotel rooms?

    We have over 200 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites, all fully appointed with stocked gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, and a full-size balcony.

  • What is the pet policy?

    The Hyde is a pet-free resort. Only service animals are accepted.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time for the hotel?

    Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm EST and the standard check-out time is 11:00 am.
